I was very distressed to see that you closed my thread without answering my simple question.

You keep sending us back to the shade board, but they don't answer us either. Why can't we get an answer?
It seemed to me, when I discussed our issues on the phone that you understood EXACTLY what I was trying to tell you. Now it seems you are throwing me under the bus.
We keep paying our money for a game, but can't get any service. Why can't you just let us down easy so we can know for sure what the future of our game is?
[COLOR=red]And this is a mobile game. Owned by capcom. Our questions belong here, just like any other capcom customer. I'm sorry if I seem blunt, but we have been kept in the dark far too long and we have no other choice.

Hey Bethicus,
It wasn’t my intention to throw anyone under the bus. Shade is programmed, maintained and supported out of our Canadian office, and they are the best people to speak to about the game. If you’re not getting your questions answered by the usual Shade team, you might try escalating your inquiries to Chaos. He’s the driving force behind the game.

I think I get ya. I have asked Chaos repeatedly and I get replys like, "He doesn't have to tell anyone anything" and "Do not ask me anything about this again." Today, all of the threads asking about shade 2 were closed. We are starting to get more and more upset at how this is being handled.

The DD, however do you really think that we didn't expect that of you...?
There have been some good posts in the last few threads regarding the DD
i.e.
1. "keep pushing forward back"
2. DD supposta be very devious
3. Cosmics surprise at killing the DD
4. Cosmic not releasing an update (in which i think they wer unprepared for us actually killing DD)
5. Cant step on portal in DD room
I just have a few questions you might like to ask yourselves..
1) [COLOR=yellow]Is the portal the way to the next level?
2) Did Cosmic throw us off with the DD.
3) Was the DD FAKE?
If I was playing for as long as you guys were, I would think to myself, hey we just killed the DD. And nothing happened. What does that mean?
Just because everything happened the same way in the past doesn't mean it is the same now
[size=5]You all talked about how every level is the same, how there is nothing new. Well there is a lot new.
You just have no clue where to find it. Or maybe should I say HOW to find it.
You have a great start, Team work killed the DD. Think about that some.
Now you can read into this anyway you want, I am sure some of you will rack your Gray matter about some of the stuff I have said here, and other will dismiss it just the same, it is for you to find out.
A little history about me, I know I am new to all of you, I never told you I have been around since the beginning of TIME, the beginning of Shade. A lot of you have replied to my previous posts saying

This is that post I told you about. In this post, one could ASSume that there is more stuff in the game that we are supposed to be looking for, but we are too simple to find it... But THEN you guys are telling us different stories now. My question is HOW did this change?

I appreciate the recent stuff that Capcom did, even though it was not the town, gear, gold, and spells that we thought were there since 2003. Being able to make five characters is pretty cool, even though you are still fighting the same monsters and wearing the same gear. And the addition of the capcom logo was definately something worth looking for.
Any word on whether they slipped something else in with the recent server maintenances? After all we have been through, I think it will take a word from admin that there is something out there for us to get the people to posse up again to look for it. The shade world has been combed millions of time back when we thought something was there. We have tried everything. Kinda hard to get people interested again.
